Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations In Advance
You may cancel up to 30 days in advance of your scheduled pick-up time in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 15-29 days of your scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a 75% refund. Between 2–14 days, you will receive a 25% refund. All deposits are non-refundable. The cancellation must be in writing. Reschedules are available at a mutually agreed date and time depending on availability.
Cancellations Within 48hrs
Cancellations within 48hrs will not receive a refund and you are required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
*Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR BAGGAGE:
The Company assumes no risk for handling baggage or other passenger’s property and is not liable for any loss of such items stored anywhere in the bus. Each passenger is responsible for removing all their personal property and baggage at end of each travel day upon completion of trip.
Itinerary:
A written itinerary must be provided and received no later than (7) days prior to departure date. Our driver will be given a copy of your entire itinerary therefore, if after your trip begins, you want to make changes to the agreed itinerary, you must notify your driver at once and he will contact the on-duty supervisor for authorization. Once authorized it will be billed in full
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS:
All itineraries must allow the driver and the company to comply with ALL Federal, State and local regulations or ordinances. Drivers are limited to: A) 15 consecutive hours on duty in any one day (including ½ hour driver preparation;) and B) of this 15 hours a maximum of 10 hours may be actual driving hours. If your itinerary requires the use of more than one driver, either the price of the charter will be adjusted or the itinerary must be changed to allow for only one driver. Upon reaching your destination, if the driver’s total on-duty and or driving hours have been used, the driver must have a minimum of 8 hours off duty. The customer is responsible for the driver(s) overnight room accommodations, unless you and the Company have a prior agreement that the Company will provide the driver(s) room and bill you for the charges.
RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT:
The company has the right at its sole discretion to substitute equipment from our fleet or from other companies to fulfill this charter agreement.
FUEL SURCHARGE:
Fuel Surcharges can and may be applied and are subject to change and will be calculated on a per trip basis.
PAYMENT:
50% non refundable deposit is needed to make a reservation. Remaining balance is due Fri before your scheduled trip. Payments can be made by certified CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER.
CLEANING AND REPAIRS:
The customer is liable for extraordinary cleaning and for ALL repairs to our vehicle (beyond normal wear) caused by members of your group. You agree to pay for ALL repairs and excess cleaning charged within the Companies terms of payment including down time. VOMIT FEE IS $500
LIMITS OF LIABILITY:
The Company is not responsible for any delays, changes of schedule or cancellations resulting or due directly or indirectly from any act of God, Public Enemies, Authority of Law, Quarantine, Perils of Navigations, Riots, Strikes, the Hazard’s or dangers incident to a State of War, Accidents, Breakdowns, Road Conditions, Weather Conditions, or any other condition beyond the Companies control.
AIRPORT WAIT TIME:
You have 50 min to get to your vehicle once your flight lands, Anything over 50 min will be charged at the hourly rate for rented vehicle
